Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount has challenged the
quarantine imposed by the London club on its players
and technical staff last week, due to the outbreak of the
Corona virus in recent times.
Mount was seen playing soccer in a public park with
West Ham United player Declan Rice on Sunday.
All Chelsea players and teams were subjected to health
isolation after its winger Calum Hudson-Odoe was
confirmed to be infected with the Corona virus last week.
The British newspaper “Mirror” said that England and
Mount England players were playing a five-match match
at a park in a public park.
Chelsea players are supposed to respect the quarantine
rules they are subject to and not practice any training
before the quarantine period ends next week.
Last week, West Ham United said that some of the
team’s personnel were subject to self-isolation after
contacting Arsenal coach Michael Arteta, who was tested
positive for HIV, but that the players were not subject to
isolation.
The Premier League matches were suspended until April
4 due to an outbreak of the virus that spread panic and
chaos around the world and caused the injury of more
than 170 thousand people around the world, in addition
to the death of more than 6500.
