While Samsung brought the Samsung One UI 2.0
interface with the Android 10 update to the Galaxy Note
9, the company has yet to release the Samsung One UI
2.1 interface for this phone. We have seen reports that
Galaxy Note 9 owners will not get the modern Samsung
interface, but now Samsung has confirmed to us that it is
already testing the Samsung One UI 2.1 update to decide
what features will make its way to its old tablet phone.
According to a post of a moderator of the official forum
of the Samsung community in South Korea, it seems
that the Samsung One UI 2.1 update is already being
tested for the Galaxy Note 9. The same source states
that the transfer of all new features, including camera-
level additions, in the Samsung One UI 2.1 was not
Possible so far as this would affect the stability of the
Galaxy Note 9.
However, the software team at Samsung is working to
bring as many Samsung One UI 2.1 features as possible
to the Galaxy Note 9. The whole process is said to take a
long time before all errors and problems are resolved, so
it does not raise your hopes from now on.
