Although Cristiano Ronaldo left Italy a few weeks ago
and chose the Portuguese island of Madeira to isolate
himself and his family there, the new Corona Virus
followed him to his hometown by registering the first
cases there.
And the sports network “Sky Italy” revealed that the
virus detected for the first time in Madeira,
in an area about 20 km from the home of the Italian
Juventus star, where he is currently staying with his
girlfriend Georgina and his children.
The sources said that 10 cases of the deadly virus
infection recorded near the city of Funchal,
to which Ronaldo belongs and where his home is
located, on Madeira Island in the Atlantic Ocean
west of the coast of Portugal.
The local authorities decided to isolate 18,000 people in
the area where the injuries recorded for the first
time, in an attempt to stem the spread of the disease
across the island.
Ronaldo had left Turin in the wake of the “COVID 19”
epidemic in Italy, which later turned into a hotbed of
disease, and returned to Madeira with his family.
Three players in the ranks of Juventus infected with
the emerging coronavirus, namely Danielle Rogan,
Blaise Matuidi and Paulo Dybala, but they all recovered
from the disease.
