The Blue Castle Games development team impressed Capcom after
developing the second part of the Dead Rising action game and presented
us with a number of parts of the series later. Capcom acquired the team
and changed its name to Capcom Vancouver.
The development team during Capcom’s acquisition period wanted to
present various projects, and already Capcom offered early copies of his
work on the robot to the Dyno Crisis series, as well as Onomusha and
Megaman, and all of these projects were rejected by Capcom, which
wanted to focus the team on the Dead Rising series, with sales.
Vulnerable to the fourth part of the series Capcom decided to close
the team in 2018 and cancel work on Dead Rising under development
at the time.
