Through its first-quarter financial report, Japan’s Capcom
revealed its game sales figures, Resident Evil 3 has broken the
barrier of 2.7 million copies since its release and the series’ total
sales exceed 100 million units. Monster Hunter World also
continued to perform strongly and reached 16 million copies sold.
The Monster Hunter series now stands at 64 million games sold,
while the Street Fighter series has exceeded 45 million copies,
and then comes Megaman’s series with 36 million games, then
the Devil May Cry series with 22 million games, and after that
Dead Rising with 14 million copies .
