Tokyo RPG Factory the studio established by the current
Square Chief Enix to produce turn-based games that Nostalgia
evokes old games in this genre of games. The studio is clearly
struggling to achieve its goals through games it has released so
far: I Am Setsuna, Lost Sphear and Oninaki. Istolia is the
development team founded by Square Enix led by Hedo Baba
(former producer of the Tales series) to produce a cartoon
character somewhat similar to the Tiles series.
Both of them achieved the financial losses of Square Enix, and it
stated in the financial report of the company that the Tokyo
RPG Factory recorded a net financial loss amounting to 154.33
million yen, while the studio of Istolia had closed the doors
already, and yet it still suffers from financial losses due to it,
which reached To 26.88 million yen in the company’s financial report.
