A difficult victory for Man City, and a remarkable brilliance for Moroccan Ziyech with Chelsea

A difficult victory for Man City, and a remarkable brilliance for Moroccan Ziyech with Chelsea

Manchester City achieved a difficult victory over its host

Sheffield United with a clean goal, while Moroccan Hakim

Ziyech led his team, Chelsea, to a broad victory over Burnley,

in the seventh round of the English Premier League.

Defender Kyle Walker scored a goal against his childhood team,

so Manchester City regained its balance in the English Football

League, with a deserved victory on Saturday over its injured

Sheffield United 1-0 in the seventh stage.

Walker (30 years), who started his career with Sheffield United

as a child at the age of seven, scored the winning goal with a

ground shot from outside the area (28).

City had fallen to a draw at West Ham (1-1) in the previous

round, but its victory raised it to seventh place temporarily,

equally with Tottenham, and he has a postponed match,

two points off the lead.

Chelsea continued its good results recently, after snatching a

goalless draw in the stronghold of Manchester United in the

previous round, and returning from Krasnodar, Russia with a

broad 4-0 victory in the Champions League, he also scored the

three points from his host Burnley’s stadium by beating him with

three clean goals.

The match witnessed the brilliance of Moroccan Hakim Ziyech,

who scored his first goal in the English Premier League, before

passing a decisive pass in the third goal.

Ziash scored in the 26th minute, and Frenchman Kurt Zuma

added the second in the 63rd minute, before German Timo

Werner ended the match with a third goal in the 70th minute.

Chelsea rose to fourth place with 12 points, one point behind

both Everton and Liverpool leaders.
