Liverpool crushed the Italian club Atlanta in their own home,
with five goals, to lead their fourth group in the Champions League.
Liverpool won a broad victory, 5-0, over Atalanta, in the third
round of the Champions League, in a match in which the new
Liverpool player, Portuguese Diogo Jota, shone.
Guetta scored a “hat-trick” in the 16, 33, and 55 minutes, while
the Egyptian Mohamed Salah scored a goal in the 47th minute,
and the Senegalese Sadio Mane in the 49th minute.
Salah’s goal caught the attention of fans after his start from the
“Reds” penalty area to the opponent team’s area, before he
deposited brilliantly at the top of the goal.
Liverpool led their third consecutive victory in their fourth
group with the full score, 5 points behind Ajax Amsterdam and
Italy’s Atalanta, who seems to be fighting for the runner-up.
On the other hand, Ajax scored a difficult victory over its
Danish host Midland, 2-1.
