Obsidian Studio Loses the Head Writer.
Microsoft Obsidian Entertainment’s development studio is a studio for playing RPG games,
the lead screenwriter who has worked on recent projects for the studio Kate Dollarhyde.
The author Dollarhyde announced her departure from Microsoft Studios’ Obsidian development studio
through her own Twitter account
The author has formally worked on scriptwriting for games such as The Outer Worlds
as well as Pillars of Eternity 2, and no news about her work on new projects except a rumor that spoke of her
involvement in scriptwriting for a game codenamed Project Pentiment.

Kate Dollarhyde
Author Kate Dollarhyde has worked for five years at the development studio,
but through her latest tweet she has confirmed that she wants to personally pursue her creative endeavors,
which is the reason for the departure of the president, as it appears that there is any problem between
her and the development team according to her speech.
Obsidian Entertainment is currently working on one of Microsoft’s most anticipated exclusives,
RPG and Avowed role-sharing that has recently been confirmed to be developed using the Unreal Engine 5 engine.
A game set in the world of Pillars of Eternity, it will be a game with a first-person perspective,
will have multiple gameplay styles, inspired by its fighting system that uses sword with hand
and magic with other hands such as The Elder Scrolls Skyrim games.
