CAPCOM Relaunched Forgotten Titles to the Gaming Arena.
CAPCOM is going quietly this generation but owns a lot, according to the results of its last investor meeting,
as it intends to re-launch its first forgotten titles to the news arena.
Since its founding in 1979, CAPCOM has had many strong titles that contributed to its introduction of the toy
industry and its own footprint. A few days ago, the company revealed some amazing results of its latest recent saliva,
with sales of Resident Evil 2 Remake reaching nearly 9.6 million sold copies since its launch in 2019.
Resident Evil 7 has continued to shine with 10.8 million sold copies since its release in 2017,
with the eighth part released last year becoming the fastest selling part of the series reaching 6.1 million sold to date. Accordingly, the company decided to develop a new plan to open a new production line for the return of
forgotten toys after the successful replication of the remik.
According to the VGC website, the company was asked during its last investors’ meeting about future plans and its
answer was as follows:
We are currently developing roadmap plans based on demand data from the market.
From now on, we will continue to take customers’ wishes into account while designing our address list.
In 2020, the company announced its new title Pragmata, which will be launched next year as the first forgotten
address to resurface.
