The last steps to join .. Mane arrives in Munich for a medical examination
German press reports stated that Liverpool star Sadio Mane arrived in Munich, on Tuesday,
for a routine medical examination before signing a contract for his transfer from his English
team to the Bavarian giant, Bayern Munich, the German league champion in the last ten seasons.
The magazine “Kicker” and the newspaper “Bild” indicated that “after Sadio Mane’s plane landed
at the city’s airport, he went to a hospital in Munich for a medical examination under the supervision
of the team doctor.”
It expected that the transfer of the thirty-year-old Senegalese from Liverpool to Bayern Munich will
cost about 41 million euros, in a 3-year contract, to officially present at a press conference, Wednesday.
Mane may be an alternative to the Polish striker, top scorer Robert Lewandowski, who has repeatedly
repeated his desire to leave Bayern and his name has linked to a possible move to Barcelona.
Mane will be the third deal for the German champions this summer, after Dutch midfielder Ryan Gravenberg
and Moroccan right-back Nassir Mazraoui, both from Ajax Amsterdam.
