The Witcher 3: Complete Edition had already been released on the Nintendo Switch platform last October. Users in Korea indicated that the version had already received a new update from the Saber Interactive studio that worked on this version.
According to Reddit, the update added a number of graphical options to the game, including an option to increase the sharpness and clarity of the image, and also added shared storage with the PC version via Steam and GOG, as happened with the Divinity 2 game.
We are waiting for the update to arrive in the western versions of the game for us to try.
