Official offer from Juventus .. A third striker on the way to leave Liverpool
Media reports stated that the Italian Juventus made an official offer
to include Brazilian Roberto Firmino, the Liverpool player, during
the current summer transfers.
The Italian sports website, Toto Sport, said that the Juventus administration
had made an offer of 23 million euros for the 30-year-old player, noting that
officials were ready to raise the value of the offer in the coming days,
to reach an agreement as soon as possible.
And British press reports highlighted that the “old lady” club has returned
again to express its interest in Firmino’s services, who does not seem willing
to change the atmosphere of “Anfield”.
Previous reports indicated that the Brazilian striker is happy and stable with
the “Reds”, and that “he is preparing for next season in good conditions.”
If Firmino leaves Liverpool, he will be the third striker to leave the club this summer,
after Divock Origi, who moved to AC Milan, and Senegalese Sadio Mane, the new
Bayern Munich player.
Since his move to Liverpool in 2015 from Hoffenheim, Germany, Firmino scored
98 goals and made 74 assists in 327 games in all competitions, and was an important
part of one of the most dangerous trios in Europe, with Mane and Mohamed Salah.
