After more than 9 months, Bayern Munich suffered its first loss
in a football match at the hands of Hoffenheim in the German League.
The Bavarian giants suffered a surprise defeat, 1-4, in the
second round of the Bundesliga, in a match that was missed by
the team’s top scorer Robert Lewandowski due to injury..
Bayern Munich’s loss is its first since December 7, 2019,
9 months and 20 days ago, when it lost 1-2 in the German
League to Borussia Moenchengladbach.
Since the defeat of Moenchengladbach, the German champion
has played 30 matches, winning 29 of them, in all domestic and
continental championships, achieving, in his way, the Cup and
League, the European Champions League, and the European Super Cup.
Hoffenheim scored Ermen Pisaksic in the 16th minute, and
Moanis Dabour in the 24th minute, taking advantage of silly
defensive mistakes, before German Joshua Kimmich narrowed
the lead with a perfect shot in the 36th minute.
Croatian Andrei Kramaric decided the match with the third goal
in the 77th minute, before the Croatian star completed the broad
score and scored the fourth goal in the 91st minute with a penalty kick.
It is noteworthy that Hoffenheim defeated Bayern Munich last
season, 2-1, in the first leg of the league.
