Spanish court obliged Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti
to pay 33,000 euros, due to the damage he had caused to
the house he was renting.
According to press reports, the French player had already
paid 14,000 euros to the owner of the house because of
the damages, but the Spanish judiciary estimated it at
33,000.
The sports newspaper “AS” explained that Umtiti was
tried last February, as he was forced to testify about the
complaint on the same day as the Barcelona and Athletic
Bilbao match in the King’s Cup.
