With the end of German football league matches, on Saturday,
Borussia Dortmund announced the departure of his Moroccan
star, Ashraf Hakimi, from the team.
The club’s sports director, Michael Zork, confirmed that Hakimi
played his last match with the team, after he had loaned to
the club for two years, coming from Real Madrid.
The German newspaper “Kicker” indicated that Hakimi, 21,
who has starred with Dortmund this season, will move to
Inter Milan, Italy.
Tzurk expressed his regret for the departure of Hakimi, whose
value rose dramatically after he was loaned from Madrid.
Tsurk said the required amount “has increased more.
We cannot (keep) it.”
According to the specialized transfer sites, the value of the left-
back increased from 5 million euros to 54 million euros during
his stay in Dortmund and the German Bundesliga summer.
Hakimi became a key player in the Ruhr Industrial Club, scoring
twice in the Champions League group stage, one against Inter.
A wise move to Inter is expected to be announced in the coming
days, as he will play with the Antonio Conte battalion,
which relies on a 3-5-2 plan similar to Dortmund.
