Crystal Palace Football Club announced
the death of one of the paramedics who had worked with
the club for decades, and recently passed away from life,
due to infection with the emerging coronavirus
(COVID 19).
The team reported that Jan Reynolds, 53, who was also a
supporter of the soccer team, fell ill last month, and then
died recently.
According to the “Mirror” newspaper, the late paramedic
devoted 32 years of his life to the service of ambulance
service, the British capital, London.
The late London is the third worker in the London
ambulance service due to the epidemic and the virus was
transmitted to him while carrying out his work during the
past three weeks.
He said that he worked closely with the paramedic and
praised his qualities, adding that he is “the best friend
one can wish for.”
He added that he worked for eight years alongside the
late at Selhort Park, south London, as part of the
ambulance team, “He was always a smiling person,
and he remained calm and one of the Crystal Palace
supporters.”
The English team published a statement mourning the
late, offering condolences to the family of the deceased,
who has escorted the team for decades.
