The American company Gamevice had filed a lawsuit
against the Japanese company Nintendo because of the
Joy-Konz controller, which the company claimed was
imitating its design of a controller for smart devices, and
it lost this case. After all, there are obvious differences
between them such as the ability to install the air cones
to become a single controller, just as the atmosphere
universe is not only a separate controller, but can be used
as a complete controller as well. In our view, it was only
an attempt by Gamevice to extort some money.
It appears that the court failure has aroused Gamevice’s
ire, and she is now filing a new lawsuit against Nintendo
and accusing her of violating her own patent related to
Air Cones. Let’s see how it goes this time!
