About a month separates us from the release of the new
generation of home appliances from Microsoft and Sony, and
with the approaching release of those devices, Randy Pitchford,
founder of the Gearbox development team, talks about what
players should expect from the new generation, stating that
players will realize the unbelievable difference between the
current and new generations.
According to Pitchford, the shift between the eighth and ninth
generations is the biggest shift in the history of home appliances
since the shift that occurred between 2D and 3D games, but
players will not realize this difference at the beginning of the
generation, as many games will be shared between the two
generations at first.
The Xbox Series X | S will be available on the tenth of
November with the availability of the PlayStation 5 on the 12th
of November in a number of markets, and then it will be
available in the rest of the global markets on the 19 of the same month.
