Grand Theft Auto Vice City’s Main Character Performer Dies Untimely
The death of actor Ray Liotta, whose career included various roles most notably that of the main character in
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, was just announced.
According to Deadline, the actor died in his sleep during the filming of a new project in the Dominican Republic,
aged 67.
Although the audience of players knew the actor through Grand Theft Auto Vice City,
he had significant roles in the cinema world, most notably in Goodfellas and Wedding Story.
Players will fondly remember Utah as the voice of Tommy Versetti’s character,
the champion of the open-world Rockstar game, Grand Theft Auto Vice City. He co-starred with major art stars such
as Bert Reynolds, Denise Hopper in one of the most star-studded video games in history.
Utah also won the Spike Video Game Award for best performance in the role of Tommy Versetti in the game
mentioned, although it had no other role in video games.
