Guilty Gear: Strive is the title of the robot that the beloved
fighting games series will get in April of next year on the
Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 in addition to the PC, and the
developer Arc System Works has confirmed that the game will
support a free upgrade to the new generation version of home devices.
The game will support cross-play between platforms, but the
feature will be limited to joint play between the Playstation 4
and Playstation 5 without the PC, and the free upgrade to the
new generation version will require you to insert the disc into
the Playstation 5 in the event that you own the store version of
the Playstation 4, which means your inability to upgrade in the
event that you own the digital copy only of the Playstation 5.
