Chelsea, England, made a number of big offensive contracts last
summer, hoping to approach the Premier League title, and since
the Moroccan star Hakim Ziyech’s participation with the
“Blues”, the Chelsea revolution began to take off.
The Moroccan star, whom the Dutch dubbed “the Wizard of
Amsterdam”, due to his high skill in the ranks of Ajax
Amsterdam for many years, made a big difference with the
Chelsea squad since his participation with the team.
Ziyech missed a number of matches at the start of the season,
due to his injury, but entering the “Blues” squad reversed
Chelsea’s results and made him a “fierce” team threatening the
throne of Liverpool at the top of the league.
Since Ziash entered the starting line-up at Chelsea, in the team’s
last four matches, Chelsea have scored 4 broad victories, scored
14 goals and conceded only one.
During these matches, Ziyech scored 2 goals and provided 3
assists, to be celebrated by Chelsea fans on social media.
In the team’s last match on Saturday, against Sheffield United,
the “Moroccan Magician” won 89 percent of the vote on the
club’s official account, to choose the man of the match.
A “Blues” fan wrote on Twitter: “Replacing Brazilian Willian
with Hakim Ziyech during the summer is the best change in the
history of football.”
Another fan wrote: “With this level, Ziyech will win the award
for best player in Chelsea this season.”
Despite his first season in England, where the standard of
football is clearly higher than the Netherlands, where he spent
all his life, Ziyech showed that he is ready for the big challenge quickly.
Chelsea fans are waiting for Ziyech to appear in the starting
line-up in the big matches of the team that will come at the end
of this month, against Tottenham Hotspur and Seville, Spain.
Chelsea’s attacking danger, represented by Ziyech, in addition
to the Germans Timo Werner and Kay Havertz, and American
Christian Pulisic, may threaten Liverpool’s dominance in the
league, which the Reds achieved by a large margin last season.
