The Swedish star, Zlatan Ibrahimović, surprised his teammates
at Milan, by giving them the new PlayStation 5 after it was put
on sale across Europe.
Sony launched its latest product, PlayStation 5, on Thursday,
amid huge demand around the world for the most popular video
game console.
In a gesture to raise morale among his teammates, Ibrahimović,
the Milan captain decided to gift each of them the new equipment.
A number of the team’s stars expressed their gratitude for the
valuable gift, and posted pictures of the device on their official
pages, with expressions of thanks to Zlatan.
Brazilian Liao wrote on his personal account: “Thank you, the
best, for the gift.” Spaniard Samuel Castiljo also published a
picture of the gift next to his Lamborghini car.
Football fans praised Ibrahimovic’s initiative on social media,
calling the player “Zanta Clos”, in an analogy to Santa Claus, or
Santa Claus, who distributes gifts to children near the holiday period.
Ibrahimovic, 39, leads his team Milan to the top of the Italian
league this season, and he is the top scorer in the competition so
far with 8 goals.
