Cristiano Ronaldo missed a penalty to win Juventus 0-0 with
10 Milan players, but the Turin giants managed to reach
the Italian Cup final after resuming the season after a 3-month
hiatus due to the Corona pandemic.
Juventus climbed to the final scheduled, next Wednesday,
at the base of the away goals after a 1-1 draw in the first leg
semi-final, which was held on February 13th.
The winner will face Napoli and Inter Milan, who will meet
on Saturday.
Juventus got a penalty in the 16th minute after the assistant
video referee decided that there was a hand touch in the area,
but Ronaldo wasted it after I struck the post.
Soon after, Milan striker Ante Ribiche was sent off for a violent
foul on Danilo, with the visiting team playing 10 men for more
than 70 minutes.
But Milan held together even though he had not succeeded
in kidnapping any goal he would have taken to the final.
