After Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah scored his 100th goal with
Liverpool FC during his match against Everton on Saturday,
the “Reds” honored him in a distinctive way.
Mohamed Salah scored the second goal for the “Reds” against
his neighbor Everton in the “Merseyside Derby”, which took
place at “Goodison Park”, and ended with a draw (2-2) in the
fifth round of the English Premier League.
The Egyptian Pharaoh became the 17th player to score 100 or
more goals in the history of Liverpool in various competitions,
since his move to the “Reds” from Rome in the summer of 2017.
The Liverpool team honored its Egyptian star by publishing a
video of all its 100 goals in the “Reds” shirt on its official
website, where Salah became the third-fastest player for the club
to score 100 goals, with his participation in 159 games, behind
Roger Hunt (144 matches) and Jack Parkinson (153 matches).
Salah, 28, scored 79 goals in the English Premier League,
19 goals in the Champions League, one goal in European
Championship qualifiers and one goal in the FA Cup.
