The Spanish club Barcelona will have to pay 5 million pounds
to Liverpool if the Brazilian star, Felipe Coutinho, participates
in 15 other matches for the Catalan club.
Coutinho may be one of the keys to the midfield in the system
of Dutch coach Ronald Koeman next season, and he wants to
express himself in the best way for the new coach upon return
to Barcelona, something that may benefit the Catalan club
technically, but it also benefits Liverpool, who is waiting for
the Brazilian to participate in 15 matches to get On additional
money, he continues to earn from the biggest selling deal in his history.
“Talk Sport” newspaper, which is close to the Catalan club,
stated that the amount is one of the incentive items in the
contract, which concluded between Liverpool and
Barcelona and under which Coutinho moved to the Catalan club
for 145 million pounds sterling in early 2018.
Coman appears convinced of Coutinho’s reintroduction in
Barcelona as part of his plans to change the squad, which ended
last season radically.
But Koman who motivated the player to return, according
to his agent Kia Gorbacheian, who told “Talk Sport”: “Koeman
spoke with him immediately after the end of the Champions
League and told him that he largely in his plans and would
like to return. He scheduled to return on September 7
according to the program.” Barcelona, but he preferred to return
in early September in order not to lose the level and fitness,
and he is training at the present time with Barcelona. ”
He added, “All the deals that Barcelona brought have changed
things with them. Coutinho, Dembele and Griezmann will be
part of the team next season,” according to the Spanish newspaper “AS”.
If coach Quique Setien was in the squad, this item would have
evaporated, perhaps because he probably did not want to use
Coutinho, but the situation changed after Coutinho helped
Bayern Munich beat Barcelona 8-2 and win the Champions League.
It reported that a number of Premier League clubs such as
Arsenal, Tottenham and Leicester City have shown interest in
obtaining the services of the Brazilian star.
