Manchester United presents his new shirt and ignites speculation about Ronaldo
The star Cristiano Ronaldo decided to refrain from joining his team, Manchester United,
in his Asian tour, amid reports of his desire to leave the team.
But the English club surprised its fans on Friday, when it presented Ronaldo, wearing
the new team shirt, and used it to promote the shirt for next season from the Adidas trap.
Ronaldo has not yet joined the Manchester United camp, despite the return of all the players,
on the pretext of “family reasons”.
Confirmed news increased about the Portuguese star’s desire to leave the team and join a
club that participates in the European Champions League next season.
But the player’s desire to leave did not prevent the “Red Devils” from using it in displaying
the new shirt, and showing it in a video and photos wearing the shirt.
Ronaldo’s appearance in the red shirt gave United fans a glimmer of hope, that the player
would stay with the team, because other clubs usually dispense with their stars who are close
to leaving, in promotional pictures for the next season.
But another side of the fans confirmed that the team only wanted to benefit from Ronaldo
in marketing, and that his appearance in the shirt does not mean that he will ever stay with the team.
