Major video game companies continue to take
precautions and measures to deal with the global
COVID-19 virus crisis in order to protect their
employees, and now Nintendo and its American branch
are joining these companies, as confirmed by an official
statement sent to the Kotaku website.
The statement stressed that Nintendo America now
allows company employees in Washington and
California to work from home, and the company
confirmed in the statement that it will take all necessary
measures to maintain the safety of its employees, and
that it will closely follow the latest developments of the
virus and provide the necessary support as possible.
Because of the virus, the GDC 2020 developer
conference has been postponed to next summer, and the
E3 2020 is still planning to stay on time.
