Gamevice had filed a lawsuit against the Japanese
company Nintendo in California, accusing it of
infringing its own patent due to the design of the air-
cones, which the company saw violating the separate
terminal rights of smartphones, well, Gamevice actually

allegations in the courtroom.
However, in our personal view, this issue was nothing
more than an attempt to earn some money from
Gamevice.
