The famous Ice Universe leaks account published a tweet in which it revealed
that Samsung is developing an imaging sensor for smartphones with great accuracy.
And the account said in its tweet, which is posted on Twitter: that Samsung is really
working on 600-megapixel imaging sensors. He also published a picture showing
the capabilities of the sensor, and its size, which may occupy a large part of the smartphone space.
Other than that, the Ice Universe account has not released any additional information
about the sensor developed by the South Korean tech giant.
The image posted by the account revealed some information about the sensor, such as
the important specifications and the motive behind the project written in
the image that due to the transformation of 4K and 8K video recording into a common
occurrence, Samsung wants to solve the problem of protrusions in the rear cameras
through a large sensor capable of providing high resolutions without compromising the quality.
Given that the image published by the account, Samsung may solve the protrusion
problem for the rear cameras, but it will also come with an additional problem, which is
the very large sensor size that may occupy 12 percent of the phone space, in addition
to that, it will stand out by about 22 mm.
It is noteworthy that the high-resolution imaging sensor is not the only thing that
Samsung is working on developing, as SamMobile – which specializes in Samsung news –
found in early December that the company is working on developing a smart device similar
to devices (Tile) Small items that are posted on valuables for tracking; To keep it from being lost or stolen.
