Serbian President Alexander Vucic sent a warning
message to the Serbian soccer players who arrived
in the country in the last hours, telling them: “The
lives of our people are much more important than
their millions.”
Vucic, in particular, attacked Real Madrid striker
Luka Jovic, who is currently residing in his
apartment, telling him: “If you leave your house,
you will arrest immediately,” according to the
Spanish newspaper AS.
Official sources have confirmed that the Serbian
Prosecutor’s Office will file a criminal complaint
against Jovic for leaving his apartment in the
central district of Fracar, where he should
keep in isolation, applying health protection
measures.
If the complaint confirmed, Luka Jovic may face
a heavy fine and even prison terms from one to 12
years, according to Serbian law.
