Sony Officially Announces the “State of Play” Event
So, as expected, Sony announced a new episode of the State of Play event that will air next Thursday,
June 2. As announced on the official PlayStation blog, the event will not be dedicated to a specific title as we expected,
instead many new announcements will be covered in addition to reviewing more PlayStation and third party
titles that are under development.
Sony also first indicated that the event will include a review of some titles that will be released on the
PlayStationVR2 VR glasses.
As announced, the event will be held on Thursday, June 2, but due to the time difference the event
will be broadcast at 1:00 after midnight on Friday, June 3. It was confirmed that the event would last 30 minutes.
