At a time when the smartphone market is facing
enormous pressures due to the outbreak of the
Coronavirus and the closures it imposes on the world,
Apple announced on Wednesday the launch of its
iPhone SE, which features a 4.7-inch Retina HD screen.
The iPhone SE comes in a smaller design, the lowest-
priced iPhone on the market, at a price of no more than
$ 399, according to the Guardian website.
The phone is the second generation of the same name
provided by Apple between 2014 and 2017, and it is
made of used aluminum, with a completely black front
end, and is available in black, white and red colors.
The phone is equipped with the A13 Bionic chip, which
Apple provided for the first time with my iPhone 11
and iPhone 11 Pro last September, and the American
company says it is the fastest chip in a smartphone and
provides perfect performance in all tasks.
The new phone also features the familiar home screen
button in addition to the fingerprint feature.
The new Apple phone supports fast charging, as it can
charge 50 percent of the battery in about 30 minutes,
with a 12-megapixel camera.
iPhone SE uses the popular classic Lightning connector.
The phone will be available for pre-order online from
April 17.
A report published by Bloomberg revealed weeks ago the
fate of the Apple phones it was planning to launch this
year.
According to “Bloomberg,” the outbreak of the
Coronavirus will not affect upcoming versions of iPhone
phones in 2020.
