In addition to the “El Clasico” match that was held in the
Spanish league between Real Madrid and Barcelona,
there is another “Clasico” between the two teams’
defense stars, namely Sergio Ramos and Gerard Pique.
It is known that the two rivals usually make comments
after their Clasico matches, and are often offensive.
After Barcelona lost the last El Clásico two goals without
charge, his star Gerard Pique came out with an exciting
statement criticizing Real Madrid’s performance in the
first half of the match.
Barcelona could not find its way in the first half to the
Royal team, while Vinicius Jr. and Mariano Diaz were
able to score two goals for the hospitality in the second

Pique insisted that his team dominated the match in the
first half, but admitted that his club was not at its best,
saying: “This was one of the worst Real Madrid offers
faced in the Santiago Bernabeu during the first half.”
He added that in the second half of the match Real
Madrid pressed a lot and scored the first goal “in a
disappointing moment”, noting that “the Blaugrana” had
to make the most of the first half.
Despite the loss, Pique insisted that his team would
return to win the Spanish championship in the end,
saying: “I think we have enough to win the first division
championship.”
